Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at Royalle. We are committed to providing you with high-quality products and exceptional customer service. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.


1. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, please ensure that:

  • The item was purchased in the last 30 days.
  • The item is in its original condition, unused.
  • You have the receipt or proof of purchase.


2. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return, including:

  • Gift cards
  • Swimsuits


3. Return Process

a. Online Purchases:

  1. Contact our customer service team at contact.royalle@gmail.com  to initiate a return.
  2. Provide your order number and reason for return.
  3. Our team will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.
  4. Pack the item securely, including the RMA number, and ship it to the address provided by our team.

b. In-Store Purchases:

  1. Bring the item and receipt to our store locations.
  2. Our staff will assist you with the return process.


4. Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.

  • Credit Card Payments: Refunds will be processed within 7 business days. It may take additional time for your bank to post the refund to your account.
  • Gift Card Payments: Refunds will be issued as a store credit to your Royalle member account.


5. Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, please contact our customer service team at contact.royalle@gmail.com. dd Exchanges are subject to product availability.



6. Shipping Costs

  • Return Shipping: You are responsible for paying the return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Damaged or Defective Items: If the return is due to our error (e.g., you received a damaged or defective item), we will cover the return shipping costs.


7. Sale Items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items are not eligible for a refund but may be exchanged or returned for store credit, subject to availability.
